Thoughts on Partnership

Linda Crowhurst.

This thinking arises from my relationship with Christ , through chronic pain in my whole body over a very long period of time..

Love is Partnership.

The gifts of the Holy Spirit are signs of partnership.

When love is present it is immeasurable and incomparable. There are no boundaries to love and therefore no boundaries to true partnership : just awareness in all its purity and truth and the self/other consciousness within the oneness.

Christ on the cross actually took evil into himself to transform it into love. That is why it has no power over Him.He chose to do so. He transcends it.
If choice is involved then no other can have power over you. Power of this nature is defeated by Love. It cannot exist in the presence of love. Love is the True Power. There is nothing greater.

Partnership will be in evidence when:

Relationship rather than red-tape is to the fore.

The person who needs service and the one who is in service both experience dignity and self-worth.

The sense of value will be a by-product of service - a natural visible outcome, both seen and felt by all.

Equality of personhood for all who are involved is acknowledged and apparent and acted out in all relationships.

Jargon is put away and real honest communication is affected between partners.

The lives of all are enhanced by the partnership.

When both or all feel equally empowered.

When there is creative vision and aliveness in relationship.

How will Partnership be achieved?

Recognising how fundamentally important it is to define and acknowledge your value base.
People suspicious of defining their value base live in anxst of moral relativism. This will not lead to partnership.

Defining values leads to an absolute standard and the only one that works for partnership is Love.

Through awareness and self-esteem which are rooted in love - the most powerful force in the Universe and the only hope for society .
